This supplement can be purchased in the supermarket and is reasonably priced in contains a number of packets which dissolve in water to produce a drink. The drink doesn't taste too bad but that probably won't concern most people who are trying to loose weight. It contains green tea which is known to help the body process fatty acids. As far as weight loss benefit is concern I would say there is only a slight benefit. I drank the drinks in the evening when I tend to get the munchies.
