Supplement Review
So what do we really want in a weight loss pill. Well obviously we would like something to help us loose weight. Therefore something that will help fat pass through us without being stored as body fat. May be reduce hunger pangs so that we don't feel quite so hungry when trying to keep to a certain number of calories per day. Even better would be a pill that actually converted excess calories to muscle.
Here I'm going to try out various diet pills, supplements and shakes and tell you what results they produced. Even if a supplement is found to have little or no weight loss benefit, I will list any other health benefits they might have and whether they are worth taking for other reasons.
