Ideal Calorie Intake Calculator

This calculator will work out your Basal Metabolic Rate which is the amount of calories you burn per day without doing anything. It then works out the energy burnt in a day which is your Basal Metabolic Rate plus the calories you burn at work. Finally it works out what you target calories should be to loss 1lb (0.5kg) of weight per week.
